Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join the CMH Medical Group as part of our CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic in Warrenton on the Oregon north coast.

We invite you to join our Medical Group where you will practice medicine in a rural outpatient Primary Care setting. Knowledge of/Skill/Ability to:

• Strong oral and written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and exercise sound clinical and independent judgments in all age groups served.
• Demonstrated experience in area of clinic practice is required.
• Excellent written verbal, computer and communication skills are required.

Education and/or Experience: 

• PA-C certification from an accredited program.
• Preferably two or more years of experience.

License/Certification: 

• Certified as a Physician Assistant for the State of Oregon at the time of hire.
• State of Oregon Prescriptive privileges.
• ACLS or BLS required through the American Heart Association.
• Must be successfully credentialed by the CMH Professional Staff.

This employed position has a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. We also offer an incentive structure based on productivity and quality metrics.
